A nice pair of nuts.

Sometime that’s all you need to have a good time. And a good time will be had for sure this Saturday (May 11) at CLUBHideaway when a pair of nice Nuts — that is, a couple, not married or engaged, just a sort of platonic relationship — will be performing a set of tunes which will include songs from The Nuts newly-released album – Millionaire’s Mix – and one or maybe even two of Charles David Rhodes’ instrumental compositions.
Nuts music is known for its singalong qualities and memorable hook lines which can be easily recalled after a mere two or three hundred listens.
The same can be said for a Charles David Rhodes’ compositions; one of which we will be playing for sure is ‘Aye Carumba!‘ I have printed the lyrics here to enable you to join in and swell the choruses with hearty voices.

The nice pair of Nuts, known as The Kernels (see what we did there…. 🙂) will be opening the evening for a fantastic band: The Rectum Fryers. Fuck that predictive text! The Rectifiers. That’s it! The AI that runs this fucking Technology knew it had something to do with overheated cloacas or sphincter valves.
Anyway, I know you’ll be disappointed to miss them as they are pretty good and I know for myself that I’ll be pretty disappointed if I miss the evening as I’m supposed to be there.
I hope you will be, too.
By the way entry is a quite ridiculous $15 or so; might be more — rectum fryers don’t work cheap — pay at the door. Members get in cheaper (5 bucks off retail price. Special offer: buy two tickets and second person gets in free).
And you probably need the address: The CLUBHideaway, in the McGill Club, 6 Uren, Street, McGill. Off Magill Rd, down the little side street and there it is. Not quite hidden away enough to earn the CLUBHideaway moniker but just a little shy.
