Dirty Work Revisited and Released
Published: November 17, 2021
With the imminent release of Dirty Work Revisited — coincidentally the third volume in the Dirty Work trilogy showcasing the many trials, tribulations and talents of Detective Pete Young — by renowned author Brett Sody, the immediate fate and following future of Detective Pete is revealed and then unfurled like a Cumberland sausage on a barbecue hotplate.
In what can only be said is a cheesy, teeth-grinding cliffhanger chapter at the end of More Dirty Work — which is Number two in the Dirty Work trilogy — an unlicensed Detective Pete Young (he was under suspension from active police duties) manages to track down his arch nemesis Chad Oldman, Social Security recipient and all-round unpleasant fellow, eventually putting himself into a classic Mexican standoff — a potentially suicidal situation that can only be resolved by purchasing Dirty Work book 3 and discovering the outcome for yourself.
Will whole-food loving Detective Pete Triumph or ‘Trump’? This, and other ongoing developments you can discover by the previously-mentioned commercial retail method, i.e., purchasing or downloading the book.
The first two volumes of the Dirty Work trilogy will be re-released with book 3 (Revisited) as a ‘collection’, all with new and exciting 50’s art noir covers. If you’re not too keen on the stories you can look at the covers — a lot; for there is much to see in the beautifully-detailed artwork.
