Attributing a tribute to the tributes

Like pimples on a steroid junkie’s back, tribute shows and bands are thick on the ground. Like dog turds layered on a pooch park, you can’t kick them out of the way to find new grass roots music.
So, if you can’t kick ‘em you might as well run a festival for them. And that’s exactly what John at the Three Brothers Arms is cooking up.
Saturday March 4, as part of the 2023 Adelaide Fringe Festival, the Three Brothers Arms, Macclesfield presents The Goatshead Festival, a colonoscopy er… I mean… Kaleidoscope of groovy music from the eras when music was groovy, back in the… the… I couldn’t be fukked working out when that was.
And I also couldn’t be fukked telling you who’s on first, second or third when the poster below says it all WITHOUT fukkin’ SWEARING!
Just buy tickets, jump in your covered wagons and head for the Hills!
Not them hills, youse idiots … the other hills. The Green Hills… out through Kachunga!
